The Independent Association of ME Regional Developers (IAMERD) is a group incorporated in July 2007. Its purpose is to provide the RD community a vehicle to work together in communicating with the Franchisor in partnership to enhance the Massage Envy brand. Its mission is to foster and encourage dialogue and cooperation between the Franchisor and its Regional Developers and to actively seek ways to preserve, protect and enhance the economic well-being of its members.

and expertise for the purpose of maximizing profitability for all members.

Continue to build membership toward goal of 100% of all regions (currently 80%)

Conduct RD survey to identify key issues/concerns to best focus IAMERD effort

Maintain and enhance communications with ME senior management to bring key ideas, issues, and concerns that impact Association members

Enhace membership communications and project involevement

Develop ways to Conduct RD surveys to identify key issues/concerns

Identify preferred secondary vendors and negotiate volume pricing for members.
